Bazaar Ramadhan is held at UUC every year in conjuction with fasting month.

Several work order conducted by maintenance team throughout UUC unit and area.

Cleaning storm drain & apartment drain carried out according to maintenance schedule. This is to prevent and avoid from any flood occurred during heavy rain due to debris settlement.

Road curb painting done to the centre round-about for better visibility.

Pipe burst rectification done by Maintenance team. The exercise is conducted to ensure water distribution is maintained for all units. No wastage of water flow along service area.

Monthly Landscape exercise throughout UUC area. Grass cutting, tree trimming and mulching of the red palm trees. This exercise is to ensure all areas is keep well and beautified for all residents in UUC.

Repairing the external Clubhouse ceiling. Due to strong wind on the recent weather, part of the external ceiling is torn. With the immediate action from our maintenance team, successfully rectify the issue.

Fogging exercise carried out by maintenance during the month of August. The exercise is to ensure all surrounding area and common property is free from mosquito breeding especially Dengue or Malaria.

Cleaning (vacuum) of the swimming pool is regularly conducted twice a week to ensure cleanliness of the swimming pool.

To ensure that all facilities are being well kept, refurbishment work will be carried out whenever it is deemed necessary.

Landscaper carried out grass cutting, trimming shrub & tree branches and also beautifying landscape around UUC

Fogging activity will be carried out by maintenance according to the schedule set by the management. This will help prevent residents from being infected with dengue or malaria
